base32 was co-founded by Josh and Ben. Projects are delivered by a team rather than an individual, with one clear point of responsibility from kick-off to launch.

Josh
Leads projects directly and stays the client’s primary point of contact throughout. Founded his first web development business at 18, and brings experience across websites, software engineering and digital product delivery.

Accessibility is not a test we run at the end. Clear typography, strong contrast, logical hierarchy, keyboard-friendly navigation and accessible forms are considered from the first design decision.

A website should not create dependency on its developer. We give clients genuine control of their content, and stay available for when technical support is actually needed.
Mobile first, always
Around three quarters of UK adults’ online time is spent on smartphones. We design for the small screen first, then expand the experience to desktop.
Local enough to be on site. Experienced enough not to need to be.
We are based in Stoke-on-Trent and work with organisations across the UK. If a project benefits from us being in the room, we will be in the room.
